Tetraiodothyroacetic acid (tetrac) 是一种甲状腺素整合素（integrin）受体拮抗剂，阻断 T4 和 3,5,3'-triiodo-L-thyronine (T3) 在整联蛋白 αvβ3 上甲状腺激素的细胞表面受体处的作用。

Tetraiodothyroacetic acid (tetrac) is a thyrointegrin receptor antagonist. Tetraiodothyroacetic acid blocks the actions of T4 and 3,5,3'-triiodo-L-thyronine (T3) at the cell surface receptor for thyroid hormone on integrin αvβ3. 3,3',5,5'-Tetraiodothyroacetic acid has anti-angiogenic and anti-tumor activities.

例如，依据体表面积折算法，将化合物用于小鼠的剂量20 mg/kg 换算成大鼠的剂量，需要将20 mg/kg 乘以小鼠的Km系数（3），再除以大鼠的Km系数（6），得到化合物用于大鼠的等效剂量为10 mg/kg。
