CXCL2/CINC-2，又称巨噬细胞炎症蛋白2（MIP-2）、生长调节蛋白β（Gro-beta）和Gro-2，属于CXC 趋化因子家族。CXCL2/MIP-2 在赋予耐受性的 APC 中被选择性上调，并用于将 NKT 细胞募集到脾脏边缘区，在那里它们与 APC 和 T 细胞形成簇。

编码大鼠 Cxcl2 (NP_446099.1) (Ser32-Asn100) 的 DNA 序列在 N 末端用两个额外的氨基酸 (Gly & Pro) 表达。
重组大鼠 Cxcl2 由 69 个氨基酸组成，预测分子量为 7.6 kDa。
