Proprotein Convertase Subtilisin/Kexin Type 9 (PCSK9)是蛋白酶K亚家族的一种分泌性枯草酶。PCSK9是一种可溶性酶原，在内质网中进行自催化分子内加工，原结构域和成熟链通过非共价相互作用共同分泌。PCSK9与低密度脂蛋白受体(LDLR)结合，在胆固醇稳态中起主要的调节作用。PCSK9也在神经发育中发挥作用。
