重组人白细胞介素 6 (rhIL-6)是一种多效性细胞因子,在急性期反应、炎症、造血、骨代谢和癌症进展中起着重要作用。IL-6 由 T 细胞和巨噬细胞分泌以刺激免疫反应。IL-6 负责刺激急性期蛋白质合成,以及骨髓中中性粒细胞的产生。它支持B细胞的生长并拮抗调节性T细胞。
