白细胞介素-6受体α，又称IL-6RA、IL-6R1和CD126，属于I型细胞因子受体家族。主要表达于T细胞、成纤维细胞和巨噬细胞。IL-6RA与gp130偶联形成IL-6受体;IL-6RA与IL-6特异性结合，并依赖于gp130来传递信号。IL-6RA功能障碍与多发性骨髓瘤、自身免疫性疾病、前列腺癌等多种疾病的发病机制相关。可溶性IL-6RA，仅由IL-6RA的胞外结构域组成，作为IL-6活性的激动剂。
