重组人白介素21(Recombinant Human IL-21)是一种由应答抗原刺激CD4+ T细胞产生的多效性细胞因子,能提高免疫细胞的抗原特异性反应。IL-21 由活化的 T 滤泡辅助细胞(tfh)、Th17 细胞和 NKT 细胞产生。T 滤泡辅助细胞衍生的 IL-21 在通过其对 T 滤泡辅助细胞的自分泌作用和对免疫球蛋白亲和成熟、血浆细胞的旁分泌作用发展体液免疫分化和 B 细胞记忆反应,而树突状细胞迁移到引流淋巴结也是必需的。IL-21 能够调节 T 细胞多方面的功能:共同刺激 CD8 的活化、增殖和存活。
此外,IL-21 抑制皮肤过敏的作用是通过限制过敏原特异性 IgE 产生和肥大细胞脱粒的反应。IL-21/IL-21R 结合后激活酪氨酸激酶 JAK1 和 JAK3,随后转录因子 STAT1 和 STAT3 活化。
