重组人FLT3 Ligand蛋白（Recombinant Human FLT3 Ligand Protein）是调节早期造血细胞增殖的生长因子。FLT3-ligand与表达酪氨酸激酶受体FLT 3的细胞结合。FLT3 Ligand本身并不刺激早期造血细胞的增殖，而是与其他CSFs和白细胞介素协同诱导生长和分化。
重组人Flt3-Ligand包含161个氨基酸，预测分子量为18.4kd。
ED50以剂量依赖性刺激人AML5细胞增殖活性为≤1.0ng/ml，对应的特异性活性为≥1×106 IU/mg。
