Adiponectin 通过负向调控thf的表达来拮抗thf。Adiponectin 还通过camp依赖的途径抑制内皮NF-kappa-B信号。脂联素可以形成低分子量配合物(LMW)、中分子量配合物(MMW)和高分子量配合物(HMW)。它们与各种生长因子结合，如HBEGF、PDGFB和FGF2，并在细胞生长、血管生成和组织重塑中发挥作用。
通过用M1细胞生长抑制试验测定的ED50为 < 20.0 μg/ml。
