生物活性

AEBSF盐酸盐是一种不可逆的serine protease抑制剂。AEBSF HCl抑制蛋白酶如胰凝乳蛋白酶，激肽释放酶，血纤维蛋白溶酶，凝血酶，胰蛋白酶。AEBSF也会扰乱囊胚在子宫内膜中的生长，并通过改变蛋白分泌机制抑制HeLa细胞在HUVECs中的粘附。对注射致死量弓形虫的小鼠腹腔注射AEBSF(每天76.8 毫克/千克)，可以延长小鼠的生存期。
