重组白细胞介素18结合蛋白（IL-18BP）是一种生理性抑制剂，通过与IL-18的受体结合部位结合而发挥作用。重组小鼠白细胞介素18结合蛋白异型d由哺乳动物表达系统生产，编码Thr29-Ala193的目标基因在C端带有人IgG1 Fc标签。

重组白细胞介素18结合蛋白（IL-18BP）是一种生理性抑制剂，通过与IL-18的受体结合部位结合而发挥作用。IL-18刺激INF-γ，然后通过NF-κB刺激18BP的产生。IL-18和IL-18BP之间的相互作用在炎症过程中具有重要作用。IL-18 BPs有四种异构体，a、b、c和d，它们通过不同的方式拼接。IL-18 BP的异构体b和d缺乏一个完整的Ig结构域。IL-18和IL-18BP的表达在免疫组织中被确认，如脾脏，但也在非免疫细胞包括角质细胞中。
