白介素-1β (IL-1β)是一种促炎细胞因子，产生于多种细胞，包括单核细胞、组织巨噬细胞、角化细胞和其他上皮细胞。通过使用 D10S 细胞的细胞增殖测定中测得的ED50为 < 10.0 pg/ml，对应于 > 1.0 × 10⁸ units/mg 的比活性。
