STC-1（斯钙素 1）是一种同型二聚体糖蛋白激素，参与钙和磷酸盐稳态。STC-1 抑制 PAPP-A 的分解，保护癌细胞免于凋亡，减小肝癌的肿瘤大小，促进成骨细胞分化并直接在生长板上抑制纵向骨生长。STC-1 通过抑制性 G 蛋白发出信号，在成骨细胞生成过程中调节 CGRP 受体的空间定位，并可能在骨形成过程中作为与降钙素肽成员相互作用的调节因子发挥作用。
