重组人SCF蛋白（Recombinant Human SCF Protein）是一种造血生长因子，通过 c-Kit 受体信号传递发挥其活性。重组人SCF蛋白和c-Kit对支持黑素细胞和生殖细胞系的造血细胞的生存、增殖和分化至关重要。人SCF对小鼠细胞的活性较低，而小鼠和大鼠的SCF对人细胞具有充分的活性。人SCF基因编码273个氨基酸跨膜蛋白，包含25个氨基酸N端信号序列，189个氨基酸胞外结构域，23个氨基酸跨膜结构域和36个氨基酸细胞质结构域。
通过用Mo7e细胞进行细胞增殖测定，比活性 ≥2.0x105 IU/mg。
