PD-1（Programmed cell death protein 1，程序性细胞死亡蛋白1），也称PDCD1，是表达在T细胞表面的一种重要的免疫抑制跨膜蛋白。

程序性细胞死亡蛋白 1 (PD-1) 也称为 CD279 和 PDCD1，是一种 I 型膜蛋白，是 T 细胞调节因子 CD28/CTLA-4 扩展家族的成员。PDCD1 表达于活化的 T 细胞、B 细胞、巨噬细胞、骨髓细胞和胸腺细胞亚群的表面。PD-1 有两个配体，PD-L1 和 PD-L2，它们是 B7 家族的成员。PD-L1 在几乎所有的小鼠肿瘤细胞系中都有表达，包括 PA1 骨髓瘤、P815 肥大细胞瘤和 B16 黑色素瘤，在用 IFN-γ 治疗后。PD-L2 表达受到更多限制，主要由 DC 和少数肿瘤系表达。PD1 通过抑制 PI3K/AKT 通路的激活和转导，抑制 T 细胞增殖和相关细胞因子的产生，包括 IL-1、IL-4、IL-10 和 IFN-γ。
固定人的 PD-L1(His 标签)的浓度是 5μg/mL (100 μL/孔)能够结合人 PD-1(Fc 标签)的线性范围是 0.0625-1ug/mL
