骨形态发生蛋白 2 (BMP-2) 是属于转化生长因子-β (TGF-β) 蛋白质超家族的骨生长调节因子之一。重组人/小鼠/大鼠骨形态发生蛋白2 (Recombinant Human/Mouse/Rat BMP-2) 由大肠杆菌表达系统制备，并表达了编码Gln283-Arg396的目的基因。
