巨噬细胞炎症蛋白1β (MIP-1β)又称趋化因子(C-C motif)配体4 (Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 4, CCL4)，是CC趋化因子家族的一种小细胞因子。它是天然杀伤细胞、单核细胞和多种其他免疫细胞的化学引诱剂。蛋白构造：MIP-1β (Ala24-Asn92 )，Accession # P13236-1。

生物活性：人MIP-1 β /CCL4对CHO-K1/ Gα15/hCCR5细胞(人Gα15和人CCR5在CHO-K1细胞中稳定表达)Ca2+动员实验的EC50值小于100.0 ng/ml。MIP-1β是CD8+ T细胞产生的一种主要的hiv抑制因子。Perforin-low memory CD8+ T细胞是人类最常见的合成mip -1 β的T细胞。MIP-1β已被证明与CCL3相互作用。它可以通过CCR5受体发出信号。
