生物活性：由白细胞产生的人类干扰素Alpha 2a（IFN-Alpha 2a）是干扰素家族的一个成员。IFN-α主要参与先天性免疫反应，以对抗广泛的病毒感染。IFN-alpha 2有三种酸性稳定形式（a,b,c），通过IFNAR2进行信号传递。IFN-alpha 2a与IFN-alpha 2b和2c分别有99.4%、98.8%的相同序列。IFN-alpha含有四个高度保守的半胱氨酸残基，形成两个二硫键，其中一个是生物活性所必需的。
