重组人HGFR蛋白(Recombinant Human HGFR Protein)是一种糖基化受体酪氨酸激酶,在上皮形态发生和癌症发展中起着核心作用。HGFR蛋白具有酪氨酸激酶活性。原发性单链前体蛋白经翻译后剪切产生α亚单位和β亚单位,二硫化物连接形成成熟受体。HGFR通常由上皮细胞表达,HGF的表达仅限于间充质细胞。在HGF刺激下,HGFR诱导几种生物反应,共同产生一种称为侵袭性生长的程序。癌症中异常的HGFR激活与预后不良相关,异常活跃的HGFR会触发肿瘤生长,形成新的血管(血管生成),为肿瘤提供营养,并且癌症会扩散到其他器官(转移)。在许多类型的人类恶性肿瘤中,包括肾癌、肝癌、胃癌、乳腺癌和脑癌,HGFR被解除管制。HGFR介导一个复杂的程序,称为侵入性生长。HGFR的激活触发有丝分裂和形态发生。固定化人肝细胞生长因子10μg/ml(100μl/孔)可与人肝细胞生长因子R(His标签)结合线性范围为2-100 ng/ml。
