人粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)是一种多效细胞因子,主要由单核细胞和巨噬细胞在内毒素、TNF-α和IFN-γ的激活下产生。在集落刺激因子家族中,粒细胞集落刺激因子(Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor, G-CSF)是白血病髓系粒细胞和巨噬细胞终末分化最有效的诱导因子。G-CSF是一种细胞因子,它通过控制血液中两种相关白细胞(粒细胞和单核-巨噬细胞)的产生、分化和功能,在造血过程中起作用。此外,它可能在细胞表面的一些粘附或识别事件中起作用。人G-CSF与小鼠G-CSF在氨基酸水平上有73%的相同,两种蛋白具有物种交叉反应性。
