Human C-X-C Motif Chemokine Ligand 10 (CXCL10) is a non-ELR chemokine secreted by various cell types, such as monocytes, endothelial cells and fibroblasts, in response to IFN-γ. Recombinant Human CXCL10 is produced by Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Val22-Pro98 is expressed with a human IgG1 Fc, 6His tag at the C-terminus.

Human C-X-C Motif Chemokine Ligand 10 (CXCL10) is a non-ELR chemokine secreted by various cell types, such as monocytes, endothelial cells and fibroblasts, in response to IFN-γ. CXCL10 has been attributed to several roles, such as chemoattraction for activated T-lymphocytes, inhibition of angiogenesis, and antitumor activity. Recombinant Human CXCL10 is produced by Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Val22-Pro98 is expressed with a human IgG1 Fc, 6His tag at the C-terminus.

Recombinant Human IL-10 (CHO)
Interleukin-10 (IL-10) is usually secreted as a homodimer and, upon binding to its receptor, inhibits the synthesis of a number of cytokines, including IFN-gamma, IL-2, IL-3, TNF and GM-CSF produced by activated macrophages and Th2 cells. |
Recombinant Human IL-5 (CHO)
Interleukin-5 (IL-5) is responsible for the activities attributed to eosinophil differentiating factor, B cell growth factor II and T cell-replacing factor (TRF). IL-5 plays an important role in inducing cell-mediated immunity against parasitic infections and certain tumors. |
Recombinant Human Tau-F Protein (E.coli)
Tau proteins are proteins which contain four Tau/MAP repeats. They promote microtubule assembly and stability, and might be involved in the establishment and maintenance of neuronal polarity. |
Recombinant Human Tau Protein (E. coli, His Tag)
Tau proteins are proteins that stabilize microtubules. Tau protein is a highly soluble microtubule-associated protein (MAP). In humans, these proteins are mostly found in neurons compared to non-neuronal cells. One of tau's main functions is to modulate the stability of axonal microtubules. |
Recombinant Rat IL-23 Protein (HEK293, C-His)
IL-23 (IL-23 alpha & IL-12 beta Heterodimer) Protein is a recombinant protein dimer complex containing rat-derived IL-23 alpha & IL-12 beta Heterodimer protein, expressed by HEK293. |
