生物活性:5.0 μg/ml (100 μ l/孔)固定化的人IL-2可与CD25/IL-2Rα、hFc、人IL-2Rα结合。活化T细胞、调节性T细胞(Tregs)和NK细胞高水平表达CD25,高亲和力IL-2Rα的表达主要局限于这些细胞群。通过IL-2Rα信号通路介导各种细胞群的多种生物学过程,如B细胞和NK细胞的增殖和分化。可溶性形式的IL-2Rα (IL-2Rα)出现在血清中,伴随其在细胞上的表达增加。可溶性IL-2Rα的功能尚不清楚。据报道,生物体液中IL-2Rα水平的增加与T细胞和B细胞激活和免疫系统激活的增加相关。血清中IL-2Rα的浓度在多种炎症和某些白血病和淋巴瘤过程中均有升高。
