重组小鼠干扰素γ（Murine IFN-γ）是一种由CD4和CD8 T淋巴细胞以及活化的NK细胞产生的一种不稳定的干扰素。IFN-γ受体存在于大多数免疫细胞中，它们通过增加Ⅰ类γ蛋白的表面表达来响应IFN-γ信号传导。干扰素-γ信号在抗原提呈、细胞和抗原识别B、T淋巴细胞中，调节抗原特异性免疫应答期。此外，干扰素-γ刺激了许多淋巴细胞功能，包括巨噬细胞、NK细胞和中性粒细胞的抗微生物和抗肿瘤反应。
使用 WEHI-279 细胞通过细胞毒性试验测定的ED50 < 0.15 ng/ml。
复溶后，本品在4°C下应可稳定1周，或在-20°C下可稳定3个月。对于长期储存，建议加入载体蛋白（如0.1% BSA）。避免反复冻融。
