重组人FGF basic/bFGF 蛋白 (145aa, E. coli) 也称为 FGF-2，是一种多效细胞因子，是肝素结合 FGF 家族的原型成员之一。FGF-basic 具有 β 三叶结构。在体内，碱性 FGF 由多种细胞产生，包括心肌细胞、成纤维细胞和血管细胞。FGF-basic 调节多种过程，包括细胞增殖、分化、存活、粘附、运动、细胞凋亡、肢体形成和伤口愈合。FGF-basic 由于其在血管生成和血管重塑中的作用而可能是致瘤性的。FGF-basic 的血管生成作用可在急性心脏损伤期间产生有益的心脏保护作用。
