Bleomycin Sulfate是一种糖肽类抗生素，作用于鳞状细胞癌，是一种抗癌剂，作用于UT-SCC-19A细胞，IC50为4 nM。Bleomycin sulfate (400 µg/mL)培养24小时，降低NTera-2细胞的活性，增加caspase-3，-8和-9的活性，增加Bax和细胞质细胞色素C水平，并降低Bcl-2水平。暴露于Bleomycin sulfate的细胞处理10天后，端粒融合体的外观表明Bleomycin sulfate能够诱导延迟的端粒失稳。体内研究中，Bleomycin sulfate处理后第7天，NOX-/- 的BALf中CD45+细胞是WT的1.7倍多，其中57%为Mf，第21天，在WT中减少到67%，在NOX-/-中减少到83%。

小鼠肺纤维化模型 Pulmonary fibrosis

通过腹膜内注射甲苯噻嗪(AnaSed，Akorn)和氯胺酮(Ketathesia，Henry Schein)麻醉3至6个月龄的雄性小鼠，并单剂量气管内滴注来自轮枝链霉菌的0.3 U/kg硫酸博来霉素（溶解在50 μl无菌盐水中）。

② 6-8周龄雄性C57BL/6小鼠，给小鼠气管内注射3 mg/kg 博来霉素。

方法	Proliferation assay. The effect of EGCG and BLM on cell proliferation was determined by using TACS 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) cell proliferation assay (Trevigen, Githersburg). The cells (2000 per well) were incubated with EGCG alone, BLM alone or combination of EGCG and BLM, in triplicate in a 96-well plate and then incubated for 2, 4 and 6 days at 37 °C. A MTT solution was added to each well and incubated for 2 h at 37 °C. An extraction buffer (20 % SDS and 50 % dimethylformamide) was added, and the cells were incubated overnight at 37 °C. The absorbance of the cell suspension was measured at 570 nm using a microplate reader (DAS Technologies, Chantilly, VA). This experiment was repeated twice, and the statistical analysis was performed to obtain the final values.
