生物活性：CD16分子即FcγR Ⅲ，分子量为50～70kD的糖蛋白, 属Ig 超家族成员，已知参与抗体依赖性的细胞毒性（ADCC）作用，其最显著的特征在于膜受体负责触发的裂解是由 NK 细胞完成的。CD16 作为低亲和力受体对于一些 IgG 的Fc 部分，与 CD3ζ 的 Fcε 关联受体 I（Fc 的 εRI）γ 链结合，共同参与信号转导。NK 细胞上交联的 CD16 直接导致细胞内 Ca+ 水平的增加和一系列的类似于 T 细胞受体激活的级联生化反应。
