Clascoterone (Cortexolone 17α-propionate，CB-03-01) 是一种新型的，选择性的竞争性雄性激素受体（AR）拮抗剂，能抑制雄激素应答基因(包括皮脂成分和炎性细胞因子)转录。Clascoterone可用于痤疮的相关研究。
