重组人TGF-β2蛋白（Recombinant Human TGF-β2 Protein）是一种多功能细胞因子，调节细胞增殖、生长、分化和运动，以及细胞外基质的合成和沉积。转化生长因子-β、转化生长因子-β1、β2和β3主要以潜在复合物的形式分泌，储存在细胞表面和细胞外基质中。从潜在复合物中释放生物活性的转化生长因子-β异构体，包括蛋白水解、复合物的加工和/或凝血酶反应素-1 等蛋白质的构象变化。TGF-β2对IL-2依赖的T细胞生长有抑制作用，并可能通过抑制肿瘤生长的免疫监视而发挥自分泌功能。
