R-spondin-1/RSPO1是一种能激活Wnt信号传导的分泌蛋白,含有2个FU (furin-like) 重复序列和1个TSP type-1结构域,属于R-spondin家族。蛋白编号:Q2MKA7-1 (R31-A263)。

R-Spondin-1 (Rspo-1)属于 Wnt 调制器(Rspo)家族。目前,该家族由四个结构相关的分泌性配体(Rspo 1-4)组成,均 含有碱性残基和血栓反应蛋白结构域。R-Spondin-1 是一种分泌的激活蛋白质,含有两个相邻的半胱氨酸呋喃结构 域(aa 34-135),具有一个潜在的 N-糖基化位点,其次是血栓孢素(TSP1)基序(aa 147-207)和富含碱性残基 的区域(aa 211-263)。Rspo-1 表达于发育中的中枢神经系统的某些区域,以及肾上腺、卵巢、睾丸、甲状腺和气 管。Rspo 可以与 Frizzled/LRP6 受体复合物相互作用,以刺激 Wnt/ β -catenin 信号通路。
