重组人PD-L1蛋白(PD-L1) 也称为分化簇 (CD274) 或 B7 同系物 1 (B7-H1)，是生长中的 B7 免疫分子家族的成员，参与细胞和体液免疫反应。PD-L1在心脏、骨骼肌、胎盘和肺中高表达，在胸腺、脾脏、肾脏和肝脏中弱表达。PD-L1 在活化的 T 细胞、B 细胞、树突细胞、角质形成细胞和单核细胞上表达。LPS 和 IFNG 激活后，PD-L1 在 T 细胞和 B 细胞、树突细胞、角质形成细胞和单核细胞上上调，在表面 Ig 交联激活的 B 细胞上上调。PD-L1参与共刺激信号。

表观分子量 31~35 kDa，在还原条件下的 SDS-PAGE 上。

固定 PD-L1(His 标签)2.0 μg/ml（100 μl/孔）能够结合人PD-1。

剂型描述：从 5% 海藻糖和甘露醇的 0.2 μm 过滤PBS溶液中冻干。
