Human M-CSF 蛋白 (CHO)是一种造血生长因子，具有多个糖基化位点，能够影响巨噬细胞的生存和功能，同时具有抗肿瘤活性。巨噬细胞集落刺激因子 (M-CSF)，也称为集落刺激因子-1 (CSF-1)，是一种造血生长因子。除了促进巨噬细胞的扩散和运动外，它还可以刺激单核吞噬细胞的存活、增殖和分化。M-CSF主要由单核细胞、巨噬细胞、成纤维细胞和内皮细胞产生。M-CSF 与其受体 c-fms 的相互作用与多种疾病的生长、侵袭和转移有关，包括乳腺癌和子宫内膜癌。
