生物活性：白细胞介素-3 (IL-3)是一种多效细胞因子，属于白细胞介素家族。IL-3与粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)和IL-5有相似之处:它们都具有四螺旋束结构，在人和小鼠中位于相同的染色体上，由活化的T细胞产生，并共享受体。IL-3/IL-5/GM-CSF受体家族成员都是异二聚体，由受体特异性α链和共同β链组成。IL-3也被称为多集落刺激因子，因为它通过激活Ras-Raf-ERK和JAK/STAT等胞内通路，刺激多种谱系造血细胞的发育和集落形成。IL-3通过靶向抗凋亡bcl-2基因家族抑制细胞凋亡并促进细胞存活。
