重组人BMP-2蛋白(Recombinant Human BMP-2 Protein)是一种强效的骨诱导细胞因子,能与胶原和合成羟基磷灰石等骨传导载体联合诱导骨和软骨的形成。重组人BMP-2蛋白除了具有成骨活性外,还在心脏形态发生中发挥重要作用,并在肺、肝、脾、前列腺、卵巢和小肠等多种组织中表达。BMP-2的功能形式是一个26kDa的蛋白质,由两个完全相同的114个氨基酸多肽链(单体)通过一个单一的二硫键连接在一起。每个bmp-2单体被表达为前体多肽的C端部分,其中还包含一个用于分泌的23个氨基酸信号序列和一个259个氨基酸前体。该前体二聚后,前肽(也是二硫键的同二聚体)与成熟的BMP-2配体之间的共价键被呋喃型蛋白酶切割。
重组人BMP-2蛋白包含352个氨基酸,预测分子量为39.8kd。
以诱导ATDC-5细胞产生碱性磷酸酶的能力,测定的ED50为 ≤1μg/mL。
