The recombinant human EDNRB consists 86 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 9.5 kDa. A DNA sequence encoding the human EDNRB (NP_000106.1) (Met1-Lys101) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. |
