重组大鼠干扰素γ (IFN-γ, Rat)又称II型干扰素或免疫干扰素,是一种主要由t淋巴细胞和自然杀伤细胞产生的细胞因子,可用于构建斑秃动物模型。

重组大鼠干扰素γ (IFN-γ, Rat)又称II型干扰素或免疫干扰素,是一种主要由t淋巴细胞和自然杀伤细胞产生的细胞因子。IFN-γ信号通路具有多种生物学功能,主要与宿主防御和免疫调节有关,包括抗病毒和抗菌防御、细胞凋亡、炎症以及先天和获得性免疫。虽然IFN-γ诱导的炎症级联反应可诱导多种免疫相关细胞类型,如巨噬细胞、自然杀伤(NK)细胞和细胞毒性T淋巴细胞(CTLs),但IFN-γ也参与对NK细胞和CTL反应的抵抗以及多种癌症的免疫逃逸。成熟的IFN-γ以非共价连接的同二聚体的形式存在。它与小鼠IFN-γ序列一致性高(86%)。IFN-γ最初的特征是基于其抗病毒活性。该蛋白还发挥抗增殖、免疫调节和促炎活性,因此在宿主防御机制中很重要。IFN-γ诱导细胞因子的产生,上调I类和II类MHC抗原、Fc受体和白细胞粘附分子的表达。它调节巨噬细胞效应器功能,影响同型转换和增强B细胞的免疫球蛋白分泌。此外,IFN-γ增强TH1细胞扩增,可能是TH1细胞分化所必需的。
