重组人Vimentin蛋白（Recombinant Human Vimentin Protein）是一种Ⅲ类中间丝蛋白，主要存在于间充质来源的细胞中，如血管内皮细胞和血细胞，是细胞骨架的主要组成部分。波形蛋白因其在间充质细胞骨架结构中的重要性和丰富性，常被用作间充质来源细胞或上皮间充质转化细胞的发育标志，可在正常生长和转移生长过程中发生。波形蛋白是细胞组织和蛋白质调控的重要过程中的一个活跃参与者，参与了细胞凋亡过程中细胞器的锚定、星形胶质细胞的发育和细胞成分的解体。
重组人Vimentin包含477个氨基酸，预测的理论分子量为55.11 KDa。
