重组人白介素7（Recombinant Human IL-7）是一种对T、B、NK细胞的生长、存活及分化重要的细胞因子。IL-7刺激多能干细胞向淋巴系祖细胞分化。在小鼠基因敲除的研究表明，IL-7在淋巴细胞的生存起着至关重要的作用。
DNA 序列编码人IL-7（P13232-1：D26-H177）表达带有Fc标签在C末端。
通过用CD3单克隆抗体活化的PBMC细胞进行细胞增殖测定，ED50为0.5~20ng/mL，相应的比活性为>1×107IU/mg。
