重组人IGF-1（Recombinant Human IGF-1）是一种促有丝分裂多肽生长因子，能刺激各种细胞的增殖和存活，包括肌肉、骨骼和软骨组织。IGFS 主要由肝脏产生，属于胰岛素基因家族，也含有胰岛素和松弛素。IGF-Ⅰ和 IGF-Ⅱ信号通过酪氨酸激酶 I 型受体(IGF-IR)，而 IGF-Ⅱ也能通过 IGF-Ⅱ/甘露糖-6-磷酸受体信号。成熟的 IGFS 是由含有 N 端和 C 端前体区的非活性前体蛋白经蛋白水解而产生的。
通过用MCF-7细胞进行细胞增殖测定，测得的ED50为≤10 ng/mL。
重组人IGF-1 包含 308 个氨基酸，预测分子量为 34.6 kD。
DNA 序列编码人 IGF-1（NP_001104754.1）表达带有 Fc 标签在 C 末端。
