生物活性：碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF-basic)（E. coli），也被称为FGF-2，是一种多效细胞因子，也是肝素结合FGF家族的原型成员之一。与其他FGF家族成员一样，碱性FGF具有β三叶结构。在体内，碱性成纤维生长因子由多种细胞产生，包括心肌菌群、成纤维细胞和血管细胞。碱性成纤维生长因子调节多种过程，包括细胞增殖、分化、存活、粘附、运动、凋亡、肢体形成和伤口愈合。
